The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality would like to inform residents that a suspected 6.6kV circuit breaker trip has occurred at the Mount Road Substation, resulting in a power outage affecting the following areas:
AFFECTED AREAS:
- Section of Newton Park
- Section of Perridgevale
- Section of Millard Grange
- Section of Parsons Hill
- Section of Greenacres
- Surrounding areas
Technical teams have been notified of the outage and are currently on site conducting fault-finding investigations and possible repairs to the underground cable. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and sincerely thank affected residents and stakeholders for their patience and understanding during this time.
