The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality wishes to inform residents that a trip has occurred at the Greenbushes Industrial Substation on the GIM 22kV circuit breaker.
Areas affected:
- Greenbushes Industrial
- Missionvale.
Technical teams from the HV Depot have been dispatched to investigate and resolve the fault. At this stage, there is no estimated time for restoration.
Residents are urged to treat all electrical infrastructure as live and to exercise caution. Updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
