Anonymous on how to improve NMB:
Firstly give an outline of plans for the year to the public.
Secondly provide a budget, together with the budget for each project.
Thirdly provide a status update as far as budget and progress is concerned.
The public should also have a say about what needs to be included in daily maintenance. Every single project should be recorded, budgeted for and progress provided.
The stupid photo ops with the Mayor needs to stop – frankly I don’t care who the Mayor is, but they need to be seen to be turning the city around.
