We continue to experience water disruptions in Summerstrand due strained water supply in the system as a result of several electrical related failures in the past week. As a result of these power failures supply reservoir to Summerstrand has depleted and the following interventions are being pursued:
- Operations has been adjusted and water treatment output at Churchill has been increased , this will see the system progressing filling up the system over the duration of the day
- Water trucks will be strategically deployed to assist in the short term
