POWER OUTAGE – MOTHERWELL: The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality would like to inform residents that a 22kV circuit breaker has tripped at the Motherwell Container/MWKT 1 Substation, resulting in a power outage affecting the following areas:
* NU 29
* NU 30
* NU 12
* Khayelitsha and surrounding areas
Our technical team has been dispatched to assess the situation and perform the necessary repairs. Power supply will be restored as soon as it is safe and technically feasible to do so.

POWER OUTAGE – DUMBRODY AND KAMVELIHLE: The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality wishes to inform residents of a power outage affecting Dumbrody, Kamvelihle and surrounding areas.
This follows the tripping of a 11kV circuit breaker at the Aloes Substation / Dumbrody.
Our technical team has been dispatched to assess the situation and carry out the necessary repairs. Power will be restored as soon as it is safe and technically feasible to do so.
