POWER OUTAGE – KUYGA AND GREENBUSHES INDUSTRIAL: The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality would like to inform residents that the Kuyga 22kV line has been switched off from KKG 53 to the Ruan Park No.1 substation to facilitate the replacement of a faulty transformer located on pole KKG 53/8/10.
This has resulted in a power outage affecting Kuyga, Greenbushes Industrial, and surrounding areas.
Power supply will be restored as soon as the repair work is completed.

POWER OUTAGE – FITCHES CORNER / BLUE HORIZON BAY OVERHEAD LINE: The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality wishes to inform residents of a power outage affecting the Fitches Corner / Blue Horizon Bay overhead line, Blue Horizon Bay Village, and surrounding areas.
This follows the tripping of a 22kV circuit breaker at the Fitches Corner Substation / Blue Horizon Bay.
Our technical team has been dispatched to assess the situation and carry out the necessary repairs. Power will be restored as soon as it is safe and technically feasible to do so.
