POWER OUTAGE AT CHELSEA-ARLINGTON / SUMMERSTRAND SUBSTATIONS: The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality wishes to inform residents and businesses that a power outage is currently affecting various areas in the Metro.
The interruption is due to a 132kV circuit breaker that tripped. Areas affected include the below.
