    • Be Respectful:<\/strong> Treat all members with courtesy and respect. Disagreements are natural, but personal attacks, insults, or aggressive language are strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n
    • Stay On-Topic:<\/strong> Keep discussions relevant to the community’s purpose. Off-topic chats, memes, jokes, or non-urgent personal messages should be avoided to keep the group focused. Consider creating a separate “social” group if there’s demand.<\/li>\n
    • No Spamming:<\/strong> Do not forward chain messages, unrelated advertisements, or excessive messages that do not contribute to the group’s purpose.<\/li>\n

          • Incitement to Violence or Criminal Activity:<\/strong>\n

            • The Law:<\/strong> Encouraging or orchestrating acts of violence, public disorder, or any other criminal activity is illegal.<\/li>\n
            • Guideline:<\/strong> Do NOT<\/strong> post messages that advocate violence, vigilantism, or illegal acts. If reporting a crime, focus on facts, not calls for retribution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
            • Privacy (Protection of Personal Information Act – POPIA):<\/strong>\n

              • The Law:<\/strong> POPIA regulates the processing (collection, storage, use, sharing) of personal information. Sharing someone’s personal details (e.g., phone number, address, identity number, health status) without their consent is generally unlawful.<\/li>\n

                                • Caution: <\/strong>When replying to any advert the normal cautions apply – Touch and feel the items advertised BEFORE handing over your cash.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                  F. POPIA ACT:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
