Schneider Electric Solar Business remains committed to providing unparalleled service and support to its customers and their installed systems around the world.
To better serve its solar customers, Schneider Electric last year opened its doors to three solar service hubs globally: Denver, Madrid and Bangkok. Between these hubs, all customers will be supported, from the United States to Asia, via Europe and the Middle East. They will have access to a 24/7 hotline, commercial and technical services which will provide immediate access to our solar energy experts.
To complement its support to existing customers, the company is also strengthening its training centers to enable closer contact to the customers and Schneider Electric Solar Business has just recently launched its new Asia-Pacific, Schneider Electric Solar Training Center (Thailand) that stands alongside the already existing training center offer in EMEA (Grenoble).
The center is located just 30 minutes away from the downtown of Bangkok and the APAC Solar training center has its own dedicated live-equipment for both internal and external trainings. Schneider Electric is also planning to add more of their CIB products in the future to support a greater range of training classes.
“This new solar services training center will provide expertise and train customers from our large installed based, more than 1GW are under services agreements” says Peter Huang, the Solar Services Leader for Asia Pacific.
The APAC Solar Training Center can host various degrees of trainings, from the basics right up to expert level. The first training sessions will be held between March 6th and March 14th 2019 and will be focused on Field Service training that is geared towards commissioning. Schneider Electric Solar Business will then be hosting various training workshops throughout the year to cater for all of the regions requirements.
