DESPATCH – SAPS Despatch is appealing to anyone who may have more information on the murder of a female victim, Yandiswa Ngesi (32 years) in Despatch, to contact the investigating officer of the case.
According to the report, it is alleged that on 26 July 2026 at about 08:00, the son of the deceased went to visit the deceased at her home in Tobile Busakwe Street, Khayamnandi, Despatch. He allegedly found the front door unlocked and on entering the house he found her body (with gunshot wounds) on the bedroom floor. SAPS Despatch was then alerted. Preliminary investigation suggests that she was murdered between 25 July 2026 at about 19:00 and 26 July 2026 at 08:00.
The motive for the murder is being investigated.
A case of murder was opened and is being investigated by SAPS Despatch.
