Wet weather conditions may result in reduced visibility, slippery roads, flooding in low-lying areas, and potholes hidden beneath puddles, which can pose a danger to both drivers and pedestrians.

- Drive slower than usual and keep a safe following distance
- Be cautious when approaching puddles and flooded roads
- Switch on headlights during poor visibility
- Allow extra travel time and avoid unnecessary travel where possible
