So said the disabled person from the passenger seat of the vehicle I was blocking and forced to jump out of harms way.
And why did it sink to this loaded question?
Because I blocked the vehicle he was in from entering a disabled parking WITHOUT a sticker displaying his status.
Now the law is very clear – No Sticker, No Park.
This is not the forum to debate the merits or demerits of that law – all we need to know is that displaying a disabled sticker confers the right upon the VEHICLE to park in a disabled parking zone.
Merely being disabled is not an automatic entry into any disabled parking.
And, by the way, I do know who such people are!
“Entitled, bombastic, selfish people who think that merely being disabled confers upon them the right to ignore the law.”
You have my sympathy for your physical condition – it is your selfish entitlement that needs some adjustment.
I know this from experience – my Mother has a disabled sticker that she carries with her to allow whichever lucky child/friend is transporting her to display. If she forgets it we drop her off as close to the entrance as possible and then park somewhere else.
