Notice to All Registered Voluntary Reading Residents | November Audit
The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality’s Budget and Treasury Directorate would like to inform all residents registered for voluntary meter readings that an audit meter reading will be conducted by an official Municipal Meter Reader during November 2025.
To ensure your account remains accurate and up to date, residents are kindly requested to:
- Check your October 2025 municipal statement to confirm your scheduled reading date.
- Ensure your meter is accessible between 08:00 and 16:00 on the scheduled day.
- Note: If an audit reading cannot be obtained, your water usage will be estimated for billing purposes.
- Please be advised that individual appointments cannot be arranged for this process.
