If I did not know any better, I would have said that some Azania Anarchy bad omen is at play in and/or around the diehard Port Elizabeth scapegoat; that is being spearheaded by a Black Bigot, Non White Snob, Post 1994 Africanist and their Black Educational Snob ensemble [The Herald 19 June 2026].
For starters, the UMA factor, as in the Upkeep, Maintenance and/or Accountability acronym, seems to be an inherent incapability of Black and general Non White counterparts globally; let alone in the ostensibly and propagately ‘de-colonised’ African states; with the likes of Rwanda, Botswana, Namibia etc. being the notable exceptions.
The clear and present issue of Black & Non White people’s apparent love for living among squalor is a thorny topic for another day. This issue goes back to the stereotype that there is no single race group in the Republic Of South Africa [RSA] that loves this country more than the Afrikaner and also none more jealous than the very said group for Black and Non White people’s economic advancement.
We also seem to naively think that the vain, spiteful and/or condescending ‘colonial’ name changing bigotry that is in fashion is going to boost tourism in lieu of contrarily repelling potential tourists and investors that would adversely see Black and general Non White governance as petty, fickle and emotionally short-sighted in its outlook, akin to the shallow-minded thinking that jurisprudence, law and/or legalese are a final solution to the country’s challenges and economic expansion aspirations.
Amendments and Adjustments are therefore needed to be made to the Affirmative Action cum Employment Equity law in order to bring an expansive mindset to the problems facing South Africa Incorporated, unless the African Renaissance and/or ‘Native Intelligence’ indoctrination is still the ANC policy; especially when it comes to White job seekers that were born post 1994 and therefore unfairly treated like clueless delinquents.
The love for one’s country, at the end of the day, has got nothing to do with Pigmentation, Ethnicity nor Place Of Birth, but the protection and promotion of a country’s image; both internally and externally.
